Instrumentation

Études, installation et mise en service instrumentation : boucles 4–20 mA/HART, DI/DO, tubing/hook-up, calibration, loop-check, SAT, conformité ATEX/IP et dossiers techniques (as-built).

Scope & good practices

Loops, calibration reports, loop-check & as-built.
Hook-up, tubing, manifolds & impulse lines.
Tagging, glands, insulation tests & compliance.

What we deliver in Instrumentation

An “engineering + field” approach: clean, testable, and documented.

Loops, cabling & marshalling

  • Wiring 4–20 mA / HART, DI/DO, dry contacts, pulses.
  • Cable routing, tagging, glands, tightening & finishing.
  • JB / marshalling: terminals, shielding, earthing, signal separation.
  • Loop drawings, cable schedules, I/O list and consistent labeling.
  • Tests: continuity, insulation (megger), polarity, signal direction.

Field mounting & installation

  • Instrument mounting: pressure, level, flow, temperature, analyzers (scope dependent).
  • Supports, orientation, accessibility, mechanical protection.
  • Tagging: plates, labels, clean routing and clear identification.
  • Checks: mounting direction, vent/drain, high/low points (best practices).
  • Pre-commissioning: field checklist, punch list, cleanup.

Tubing / hook-up / impulse lines

  • SS/Cu tubing (per spec), clean bending, correct radius, clamps.
  • 2/3/5-way manifolds, isolation valves, vents/drains, fittings.
  • Impulse lines: slope, support, avoid vibration/heat exposure.
  • Leak test, blowing/cleaning, torque checks.
  • Standard hook-ups: consistent, repeatable, maintenance-friendly.

Calibration, testing & compliance

Goal: clean signals, accurate measurement, and clear reports.

Calibration & commissioning

  • Calibration: zero/span, linearity, tolerances, reports.
  • Loops: 4–20 mA simulation, HART checks, DI/DO functional tests.
  • Loop-check: instrument → JB → marshalling → PLC/RTU/SCADA.
  • SAT support: site tests, operational validation, punch list.
  • As-built: final values, tags, updated drawings, signed reports.

ATEX / IP / quality of execution

  • Zone and marking verification (ATEX/IECEx per project requirements).
  • Glands/plugs/seals selection: IP rating, mechanical strength, sealing.
  • Earthing: shields, equipotential bonding, continuity of metallic parts.
  • Cable separation: power / signal / communication.
  • Inspections: checklists, photos, traceability, fast corrections.

Delivery method

  1. Engineering: instrument lists, I/O, loop drawings, routing.
  2. Installation: mounting, wiring, JB/marshalling, tubing/hook-up.
  3. Testing: continuity/insulation, simulation, calibration, loop-check.
  4. SAT: site tests, punch list, commissioning and stabilization.
  5. As-built: final dossiers, reports, tagging, handover.
Clean deliverables: calibration reports, loop-check sheets, marshalling tables, as-built (loop drawings, cable lists, field tagging) + maintenance recommendations.
